I added about a half cup of frozen peas to Campbell’s chicken noodle soup, and surprisingly it wasn’t bad! If nothing else it upped the nutritional value.

  1. 🙂 I do this all the time, only I use green beans and progresso light soup. I generally add Sriachi (sp) (Chinese hot sauce) to give it a boost of flavor. Glad you found a way to sneak in the veggies. Happy New Year.
