That’s just creepy! If they had been together 10 years, it seems he had plenty of time to marry her before she died.
My guess would be that marriage was a bone of contention between them. That maybe she was pushing for marriage and he was dragging his feet. He decided to “make it right” after she passed. However…. taping it and posting it…. Really really disgusting. The “marriage” isn’t legally valid anyhow so taping it just makes him really weird!
